Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated people analytics consultant building strong relationships with business and HR leaders
- Identify opportunities where data can solve business challenges related to workforce and hiring
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive organizational initiatives
- Translate complex analyses into clear stories and actionable recommendations for leaders
- Design and execute analyses on workforce trends and team effectiveness
- Build and maintain analytical products providing visibility into key people metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on challenges such as attrition and hiring effectiveness
- Evaluate HR program impacts using statistical methods
- Drive adoption of people analytics tools and insights within the business function
- Ensure high data quality and partner with data warehouse teams to improve accessibility
- Define standard metrics and build scalable solutions for consistent reporting
Education
- Master's degree in quantitative fields like I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics
