Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Experience strategy for Latin-Iberia region supporting ~800 employees.
- Partner closely with regional leadership and global PX teams to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
- Provide strategic business partnership and counsel on hiring, engagement, talent management, and compensation.
- Drive organizational change management, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee compliance with local employment laws and policies across the Latin-Iberia region.
- Lead and motivate a team of PX professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with centers of excellence.
- Utilize data and analytics to develop strategic people plans and business cases for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to M&A activities including due diligence and cultural integration.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
