Skills
- 5–7 years product management experience in retail, ecommerce, or ERP-integrated environments.
- Expertise in Shopify, NetSuite ERP, and POS systems such as NewStore, Lightspeed, Square.
- Experience with integration platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or Mulesoft and API-based designs.
- Understanding of retail inventory management including store transfers, returns, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, event-driven architecture, and process monitoring tools.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and scalable tool delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for retail operations tools including inventory visibility and POS enhancements.
- Define and maintain integration logic across Shopify, NetSuite ERP, POS, and WMS systems for real-time data flows.
- Partner to modernize legacy retail systems and identify custom app development opportunities.
- Collaborate with CX teams to enhance internal support tools and improve customer order visibility.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage Agile product delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and lead discovery and pilot initiatives.
- Support UAT, QA, system health monitoring, and implement alerting processes.
- Maintain documentation and provide training for retail and CX teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
