- In-depth knowledge of third-party equity administration software (preferably E*TRADE)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with US and foreign tax issues concerning equity compensation
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with good judgement
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of company equity compensation plans including NQs/ISOs/RSUs/PSUs/ESPP
- Ensure equity plans are administered according to plan terms and conditions
- Maintain equity database accuracy and liaise with transfer agents
- Respond to equity plan participant inquiries providing excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance with international and US payroll tax withholding/reporting requirements
- Assist with month-end SBC expense calculations and regulatory reporting
- Generate routine and ad hoc equity-related reports for Finance, Legal, and HR
- Support Legal with Section 16 filings, trading blackouts, and proxy statement preparations
- Drive process improvements within equity administration workflows
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
