Responsibilities
- Administer and validate go-to-market compensation plans in commissions software.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly commission reports for accruals and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with commission approval workflows, internal controls, and documentation.
- Support monthly close processes and external audits with commission accruals, analysis, and reporting.
- Serve as primary contact for compensation and commission-related inquiries.
- Drive improvements and implementation of systems to optimize commission processes and user experience.
- Facilitate alignment and compliance across Go-to-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, People Operations, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all operational activities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance degree is a plus.
