Position Summary
NRDC is seeking a talented and motivated Benefits Analyst to join the Total Rewards Team. The People Team’s vision is to be valued as experts who develop leading people solutions, foster a value-driven culture, and are sought out as strategic partners. The Benefits Analyst will evaluate, recommend, and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role reports to our Benefits Director, based in our New York City office.

We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and is commensurate with skills and experience. Internal equity will be reviewed and considered to determine a final offer. For this position, the salary range is $76,000 to $95,000.
NRDC operates under a hybrid work model. Employees are required to come to the office 8 days per month.
