Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems in partnership with senior engineers.
- Manage and mentor a team of Senior and Principal Engineers to foster growth and innovation.
- Establish engineering processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to boost velocity and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, DevOps, and Customer Engineering teams.
- Oversee system operations ensuring 99.9% uptime and lead incident response and performance optimization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
