Responsibilities
- Source and identify top talent for engineering, product, and sales teams
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles for fit and quality
- Engage candidates with thoughtful outbound messaging
- Understand the roles thoroughly and define what 'great' looks like across functions
- Provide prompt and candid feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Network continuously with candidates, even those not hired
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Lead, including in-person coworking one day per week
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
