Responsibilities
- Scale existing learning programs thoughtfully, simplifying and adapting for diverse audiences and regions
- Facilitate engaging, conversational learning sessions for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify and solve capability gaps innovatively
- Measure learning program impact regularly using data and feedback to make informed adjustments
- Design concise, practical live and on-demand learning content for immediate job use
- Leverage AI to enhance content quality, personalize experiences, and analyze learner behavior
- Manage multiple initiatives effectively using strong project management skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
