OCLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to enhance their hiring strategy and attract top talent through innovative employer branding initiatives and data-driven insights. This role involves full-cycle recruitment management and building strong collaborative relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, implement talent acquisition strategies, partner with hiring managers and HR, lead employer branding efforts, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Skills: Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent management, proficiency in ATS/HR technologies, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strategic and analytical thinking.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition and HR with a proven track record, knowledgeable about recruiting in technology and corporate settings.
Location: This position is based in Dublin, United States of America.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.
