- Develop and maintain client relationships and targeted prospect lists
- Conduct prospecting via multiple channels including phone, email, social media, and in-person
- Generate new job orders and manage from intake to fulfillment
- Recruit and assess qualified candidates to meet client needs
- Perform candidate interviews aligned with performance goals
- Utilize Bullhorn to track activity and business growth
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill positions across business lines
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional credentials preferred
