Responsibilities
- Drive roadmap and execution for core incident lifecycle features from detection through resolution and analysis.
- Refine incident processes to optimize user experience for responders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, customer support, and go-to-market teams to scale incident management enhancements.
- Engage with customers and responders to identify pain points and new opportunities.
- Define and improve key incident lifecycle metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision making within the product team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
