Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to build best-in-class mobile experiences
- Set product strategy and define roadmaps for core consumer features in the mobile app
- Drive user-centric growth initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams
- Balance business goals with deep understanding of member needs for intuitive experiences
- Ensure mobile best practices and platform consistency across teams
- Advocate for measurable outcomes using data to prioritize and validate success
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
