Field Marketing and Events Manager

Pushpay is a rapidly growing company focused on building world-class giving and engagement solutions for churches and faith-based organizations. They are seeking a high-energy Field Marketing and Events Manager to lead event strategy and execution, creating meaningful experiences that connect the brand with faith communities.

Skills

  • Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Data-driven with analytical mindset for measuring event outcomes.
  • Budget management skills to deliver quality events on or below planned budget.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Travel flexibility up to 40% as needed for events.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event and field marketing strategies and plans across products and segments.
  • Manage event budgets including forecasting, payment reconciliation, and PO management.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of sponsored and field marketing events using the event playbook.
  • Identify and recommend strategic events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Negotiate event opportunities to support marketing goals and brand experience.
  • Ensure event experiences align with brand standards and manage branded merchandise inventory.
  • Communicate and align with sales teams on event goals, logistics, and performance.
  • Report on key success metrics including MQLs, pipeline influenced, and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain internal communication across departments regarding events and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Contribute to annual marketing and campaign planning processes.
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate new tools and tactics to enhance event-driven customer acquisition.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
