M365 Migration Consultant/Specialist
Skills
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects focused on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
- Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration and ShareGate tools.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra ID Connect, and Active Directory architecture.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute migrations of Exchange (on-prem and online) and SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365.
- Utilize Quest ODM and ShareGate tools to conduct migrations.
- Assess environments, identify risks, and develop migration plans and timelines.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, permissions, and data integrity issues during migrations.
- Configure and support Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, and Active Directory.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients for project success.
- Document processes and provide post-migration support.
Education
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MD-102).
