Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full adjuster licensing process including applications and renewals
- Monitor and interpret changes in insurance licensing regulations and update practices accordingly
- Develop, implement, and maintain licensing and compliance policies and procedures
- Educate claims staff and adjusters on licensing requirements and compliance standards
- Maintain communication with regulators and internal teams on compliance matters
- Identify and mitigate risks related to licensing and compliance
- Track licensing deadlines and provide regular compliance status reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
