Legal Secretary
Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in our Livingston, New Jersey office. Ideal candidates must have 3-5 years of experience. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid, and part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and filing procedures
- Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office Products, File site, Milana)
- Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting
- Manage calendar for Partners & Associates
- Support work includes a high level of trust and gatekeeping of sensitive documents and external communication
- Candidates must maintain independent judgment, strong problem solving and proofreading skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and attention to detail is required
- Ability to organize and/or shift priorities in a consistently fast-paced environment is essential
- Ability to e-file in NJ, NY & PA (both State and Federal a plus)
The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
