Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through strategic renewals and expansions while leading a sales team, coaching reps, and optimizing sales processes and performance.
Skills: Requires proven sales leadership experience, expertise in K-12 education, strategic sales planning, and strong coaching abilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred Master's degree. 3+ years of successful sales experience and 4+ years in sales leadership are necessary.
Location: This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in CST, MST, or PST time zones, including up to 50% travel for team meetings.
Compensation: $155000 - $175000 / Annually

Physical Requirements
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $155,000-175,000 plus competitive sales incentive. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
