Responsibilities
- Lead Offensive Security team in red team operations, penetration tests, and adversary emulation campaigns.
- Oversee Vulnerability Management team including bug bounty program and continuous vulnerability discovery, triage, and remediation.
- Define and drive strategy for Autonomic Security Operations with automated testing and validation pipelines.
- Partner with engineering, product, threat intelligence, and detection & response teams to test controls and manage vulnerabilities.
- Build processes, tooling, and dashboards for tracking and communicating vulnerability and control assurance metrics.
- Identify control gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to scale security through automation.
