Responsibilities
- Manage internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams for Brokerage initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, own agendas, action items, and follow-ups to ensure smooth information exchange.
- Support Brokerage Marketers by tracking program status and addressing delays or trade-offs.
- Oversee management of high volume Brokerage marketing assets and timeline coordination with producers.
- Build and maintain marketing playbooks, trackers, and templates specific to Brokerage.
- Lead the submission process for Legal & Compliance review and manage weekly check-ins.
- Ensure quality assurance of all marketing assets meeting standards before release.
- Support reporting cadence, retrospectives, consolidate feedback and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with product-specific Marketing Program Managers to ensure product representation.
