Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Marketing Operations team and agency partners supporting campaigns, technology, and analytics.
- Transform marketing from lead-based to account-based models leveraging platforms like 6sense.
- Build and optimize marketing dashboards, KPIs, and attribution models for leadership insights.
- Implement scalable campaign operation processes and governance.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, RingLead, Chili Piper, and Drift.
- Ensure data hygiene and lead/contact routing best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Finance, and others.
- Present analytics and strategic recommendations confidently to executives.
Education
