Qualifications:
- Senior business leader (e.g., partner-level consultant, C-suite executive, senior corporate development professional) or an academic (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) with deep negotiation experience.
- Have demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and debriefing high-stakes negotiations, including:Mergers & acquisitionsLabor contractsCross-border joint venturesCrisis settlements
- Multilateral climate/ESG agreements
- Publish or teach advanced material on negotiation strategy, behavioral decision-making, or game-theoretic bargaining.
- Regularly lead executive programs or advise on complex, high-stakes deals.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a nuanced understanding of strategic dynamics in negotiation.
Nice to have:
- Professionals with 10+ years of experience leading or advising on complex negotiations.
- A portfolio of landmark deals or conflict resolutions.
- PhD or equivalent in Management, Economics, Psychology, or Law with a focus on negotiation.
- An active research pipeline with publications in journals like Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, or Negotiation and Conflict Management Research.
- Recognized thought leaders with credentials such as keynote invitations, bestselling case studies, industry awards, or widely cited negotiation frameworks.
