Sales Associate - AI trainer

Join our client's dynamic team as a Sales Associate and AI Trainer, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-enhanced retail experiences. This unique role combines your sales expertise with cutting-edge AI training, directly influencing the intelligence behind next-generation retail tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for sales-focused AI training, utilizing extensive knowledge of retail sales processes.

Collaborate closely with AI development teams to provide real-world insights and feedback on retail sales personas.

Create and curate training materials that mimic genuine retail sales scenarios, including objection handling and closing techniques.

Review and refine AI-generated dialogues to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and effectiveness in sales interactions.

Engage in beta testing, offering actionable feedback to enhance AI performance in customer engagement tasks.

Document and report on patterns or inconsistencies identified in AI-driven sales conversations.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the newest retail technologies.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Salesperson, Sales Associate, or in a similar role such as Car Salesperson or Sales Representative.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement.

Strong grasp of consumer behavior, sales tactics, and closing techniques within retail environments.

Ability to translate real-world sales scenarios into comprehensive training data and documentation.

Detail-oriented with a talent for identifying inconsistencies and areas for improvement.

Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in using digital communication and collaboration tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AI training or conversational data annotation.

Exposure to technologies transforming the retail industry, including e-commerce and automation.

Passion for continuous learning and innovation in both the sales and AI fields.
