Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations to understand patient goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate patients on procedures, financing, and process expectations.
- Coordinate follow-ups between patients and the clinical team.
- Build and maintain a strong patient sales pipeline with proactive engagement.
- Lead and engage the center team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
