Talent Management Lead

Scout Motors is revitalizing an iconic American brand through innovation in electric vehicles. They seek a Talent Management Lead to develop and execute talent strategies that support business growth and foster a dynamic employee experience.

Skills

  • Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and talent processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on large datasets
  • Strong collaboration skills and capability to partner with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals
  • Act as a key member of the Employee Experience leadership team
  • Lead the design and implementation of the talent management annual cycle
  • Design and implement a robust succession planning program
  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify strategic development opportunities
  • Establish processes to identify and close gaps in succession planning
  • Track and report key talent metrics for data-informed decision making
  • Build rapport and credibility with key leaders to drive talent process implementation
  • Design, develop, and deploy communication and learning strategies for talent management
  • Build additional talent management processes for specific employee populations as needed
