Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a key member of the Employee Experience leadership team
- Lead the design and implementation of the talent management annual cycle
- Design and implement a robust succession planning program
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify strategic development opportunities
- Establish processes to identify and close gaps in succession planning
- Track and report key talent metrics for data-informed decision making
- Build rapport and credibility with key leaders to drive talent process implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy communication and learning strategies for talent management
- Build additional talent management processes for specific employee populations as needed
