Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to executives and their teams including calendar management and prioritization.
- Coordinate meetings and events with meticulous detail and handle scheduling conflicts.
- Manage expense processes, invoice payments, vendor and contractor setup, and new hire onboarding.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements including visas and accommodations.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant team to synchronize executive-level meetings and projects.
- Act as liaison for visiting global associates and assist with office management and facilities support.
- Maintain distribution lists and manage cross-functional meeting coordination.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
