Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager of Food Safety to support our child nutrition partnership with KIPP Public Charter Schools in the Sugar Land, Southwest Houston, Alief, Hobby Airport, North Central and Central Northwest Houston, TX areas. This is a 10 month position with summers off! At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Administer, organize, and conduct training programs for management, promotional development, and employee orientation.
Identify and assess training needs within KIPP's Child Nutrition Program.
Understand and utilize available training resources effectively.
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Deliver pre-prepared training content to employees.
