Responsibilities
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks to maintain accurate general ledger activity
- Support the month-end close process by preparing and posting manual journal entries timely and accurately
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze monthly financial results and explain unusual items
- Monitor financial data variances to identify trends and issues
- Develop strong communication with cross-functional partners for accurate financial reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation for transparency and audit readiness
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and resolve operational issues
- Research and apply US GAAP compliance as needed
- Initiate process improvements and document them for assigned areas
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
