SR. Accounts Receivable Specialist
Skills
- Proficient with Acumatica, GP Dynamics, MAS 90 or similar mid-tier accounting software
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including data filtering, tables, and VLOOKUP
- Strong organizational and detail orientation with deadline commitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office suite
- Capability to handle high volume customer transactions
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to work professionally with customers and all organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer account and invoice inquiries and discrepancies
- Process patient refunds accurately and timely
- Oversee the Special Financing process
- Reconcile credit card and financing cash-in to cash collected
- Assist with finance deliverables related to center openings
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations during month-end close
- Support field leadership by delivering optimal financing options to patients
- Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and procedures
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education
- Associate degree in Business or Accounting certificate required; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
