Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for new service line launches including timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, resource needs, and develop contingency plans; escalate issues as necessary.
- Analyze and report data to inform decision-making and measure project success.
- Track ongoing success and scalability of launched service lines.
- Facilitate effective meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Provide updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
- Identify and implement operational process improvements.
- Support additional strategic initiatives as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
