Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business partnership for Miami staff and oversee regional People Business Partners.
- Cultivate relationships with leaders and employees to support PX initiatives and processes.
- Identify and implement strategic and operational improvements regionally.
- Manage employee relations and partner with regional leadership on organizational development.
- Provide data-driven insights and drive employee awareness aligned with business priorities.
- Contribute to M&A through PX due diligence and integration efforts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing PX team across the region.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy standards.
- Promote a unified inclusive culture supporting innovation and collaboration.
- Drive organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with DEI teams to enhance diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
