VP, People Experience (PX), Latin-Iberia

Sony Music Entertainment, a global leader in music and entertainment, is seeking a VP, People Experience (PX) for Latin-Iberia to lead strategic development and delivery of employee experience initiatives across the region, working closely with senior leadership and regional teams.

Skills

  • Strong strategic business partnering and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
  • Expertise in organizational change and culture transformation.
  • Proven ability to drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business partnership for Miami staff and oversee regional People Business Partners.
  • Cultivate relationships with leaders and employees to support PX initiatives and processes.
  • Identify and implement strategic and operational improvements regionally.
  • Manage employee relations and partner with regional leadership on organizational development.
  • Provide data-driven insights and drive employee awareness aligned with business priorities.
  • Contribute to M&A through PX due diligence and integration efforts.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing PX team across the region.
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a unified inclusive culture supporting innovation and collaboration.
  • Drive organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with DEI teams to enhance diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
