 We're looking for a proactive and personable team member to join our Account Management team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for our in-house customers, helping them with everything from portal support to ongoing and new project needs. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls and inquiries from in-house customers, offering prompt and effective assistance for portal access, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients by managing current projects and supporting the launch of new initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience and project outcomes.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Computer Skills:

  • Knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, etc) preferred
