Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and direct mail.
- Increase funnel conversion rates from enrollment through retention with targeted campaigns.
- Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Build and scale automated journeys using Iterable marketing automation platform.
- Establish and maintain QA processes for flawless campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data/BI, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure lifecycle marketing impact.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
