Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

- Monitor and optimize operational processes for service quality.
- Address and resolve clinic issues promptly collaborating with Client Experience Manager.
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements.
- Conduct clinic satisfaction surveys and report to senior management.
Education
- Active pharmacy technician license in the state of employment.
- Active national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB/ExCPT) or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
