As a Strategic Account Portfolio Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for high-profile, multi-site client accounts. You will ensure seamless coordination between internal service teams and client stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and driving process optimization. This role demands a high level of organization, communication, and a customer-first mindset to uphold service standards and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
