Customer Success Manager

Vidyard is a leading AI-powered video platform empowering modern revenue teams with video messaging and analytics. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support small to medium key accounts across Canada and the US, driving adoption and customer advocacy throughout the customer lifecycle.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to use and understand AI and automation tools like ChatGPT and Zapier
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, G Suite, Gong, and Looker is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementation and onboarding of new customers to reach video adoption milestones
  • Regularly assess health of customer accounts to identify opportunities and growth areas
  • Serve as main customer advocate liaising with product development and technical support
  • Share best practices for managing and optimizing video content usage
  • Coordinate customer success initiatives including newsletters, surveys, and user communications
  • Manage video migrations, account organization, and custom development coordination

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
