Business Development Representative (BDR)

Sustainment is an AI-native software platform focused on transforming the supply chain ecosystem in the US manufacturing sector. We seek a motivated Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for our AI-powered platform, targeting mid-market supply chain and procurement teams.

Skills

  • Proficient in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and goal-oriented skills
  • Interest in AI technology and its business applications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads
  • Identify and engage mid-market companies aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Communicate platform value tailored to specific personas and industry pain points
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for Sales Directors
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
  • Meet and exceed activity and pipeline goals
