Recruiter

The Pharmacy Hub partners with pharmaceutical and healthcare companies to deliver essential products directly to patients, focusing on improving healthcare accessibility and affordability. We seek a proactive Recruiter to attract and hire top talent aligning with our mission and values.

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems; experience with Gusto and Greenhouse preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and compliance
  • Experience with talent acquisition and HR sourcing techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize sourcing techniques including HR sourcing and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for job requirements and job description creation
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws
  • Manage candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Leverage ATS systems to streamline recruitment
  • Participate in executive-level recruiting when needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
