Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize sourcing techniques including HR sourcing and networking
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers for job requirements and job description creation
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to streamline recruitment
- Participate in executive-level recruiting when needed
