Solutions Engineer I

Tines, a SaaS company specializing in no-code automation for security and IT operations, is seeking a Solutions Engineer I to join their pre-sales team.   • Manage technical decision-making processes during proofs of concept and evaluations with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and support key use cases for competitive account strategies.
  • Support enablement for channel and technical alliance partners and assist their pre-sales engineers.
  • Provide market feedback to the product organization based on customer insights.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing customer experiences, competitive insights, and automation stories.
  • Assist the Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and refining best practices.
