Responsibilities
- Drive UX strategy and align product vision with business goals.
- Partner with leadership, product, and engineering to champion user-centered design.
- Lead research initiatives, workshops, design sprints, and validation sessions.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and represent UX at industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Conceptualize and design innovative user solutions utilizing emerging technologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Information Design, Human-Robot Interaction, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) with related experience acceptable.
