Regional Vice President, Employer Growth

Twin Health is a pioneering digital health company focused on reversing and improving chronic metabolic diseases through personalized data-driven solutions. They seek a Regional Vice President, Employer Growth, to drive early revenue growth by owning full-cycle sales and shaping the go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on enterprise employer partnerships.

Skills

  • Full-cycle B2B sales expertise, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or talent/employer partnerships
  • Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with enterprise employers
  • Identify and cultivate leads through outbound efforts, events, and partnerships
  • Consult with employer stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine product-market fit
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Contribute to defining sales motion, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation
