Vice President of Employer Growth

Twin Health develops The Whole Body Digital Twin™ to empower people to reverse chronic metabolic diseases and is seeking a Vice President of Employer Growth to drive early revenue growth and lead a sales team, impacting the company’s commercial strategy and market expansion.

Skills

  • Deep experience in full-cycle B2B sales, HR tech, SaaS, or employer partnerships.
  • Proven sales management experience in the healthcare employer space.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to lead and scale teams rapidly in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with large and jumbo employers leveraging market credibility.
  • Manage and expand a team of regional Account Executives to meet company sales goals.
  • Develop sales strategy and operations to sustain growth during rapid scaling phases.
  • Identify market opportunities and execute plans to capture them effectively.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and improve sales efficiency.
  • Craft and represent a compelling value proposition to employer prospects.
  • Manage the commercial sales process from sourcing to contracting independently.
  • Engage with consultants and brokers to increase partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to align initiatives with commercial goals.
  • Promote a high-performance, passion-driven company culture.
