Unitis Contractor Supplies is currently hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist- a hands-on, creative professional eager to tell our story across all digital channels, and is looking for someone who enjoys working with a team of professionals within the construction industry. Our #1 goal is to be the supplier that customers value the most!
 

Location: Hybrid- combination of remote work and local travel to stores, job sites, and events as needed.

Hours: Monday–Friday. working hours will vary depending on to project needs
Reports To: CEO 

How you will make an impact:

• Help grow the bottom line by creating digital marketing strategies to help us maximize our company website, social media channels, and engage with customers through various digital channels
• Serve our customers by establishing our social media presence by planning and posting daily content that reflects our brand, engaging with followers through comments, DMs, and user-generated content
• Be a leader in the business by supporting internal training and producing training videos on various topics
• Capture and promote key events, including customer gatherings, store promotions, and vendor demos to boost visibility, attendance, and brand awareness
• Design impactful marketing materials, such as flyers, catalogs, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring our website remains fresh with updated visuals and videos
• Drive brand awareness by tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure content and SEO strategies are tailored to our target audience
• Other duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives and business growth 

Pay, Perks & Benefits

• $65,000-$75,000 annual salary

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Experience creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Experience with web development or design
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or Canva
• Clean, consistent design style with a strong understanding of brand identity
• Comfortable representing the brand on camera or voice, effectively communicating our message
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage projects independently
• Local to our market, with the flexibility to travel to stores and job sites as needed 
• Bonus: Ownership of camera, drone, and editing gear is a plus!
