Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a target client list to develop strong client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Generate new job orders weekly aligned with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake through fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn CRM to record and manage activity, notes, and sales information.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across various practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or advanced relevant experience deemed equivalent.
- 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
