Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of core SE enablement programs including onboarding, sales process, and product launch enablement.
- Serve as the direct responsible individual for SE Technical Education Events, aligning learning objectives with leadership expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver effective enablement resources.
- Stay current on AI and automation trends to recommend improvements and innovate enablement projects.
- Design and maintain learning content using AI platforms and authoring tools focused on real-world sales scenarios.
- Manage a centralized repository of onboarding resources and AI-generated learning insights.
- Work with Sales Acceleration teams to analyze learning asset impact and drive continuous improvement.
Education
- Relevant degree or certification in program/project management or related field.
