Learning Experience Designer

Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to lead global Systems Engineer enablement programs. The role involves driving strategy, designing learning solutions, and collaborating across teams to improve sales enablement effectiveness worldwide.

Skills

  • Program and project management expertise.
  • Experience using LMS integration and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with AI and micro-learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of core SE enablement programs including onboarding, sales process, and product launch enablement.
  • Serve as the direct responsible individual for SE Technical Education Events, aligning learning objectives with leadership expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver effective enablement resources.
  • Stay current on AI and automation trends to recommend improvements and innovate enablement projects.
  • Design and maintain learning content using AI platforms and authoring tools focused on real-world sales scenarios.
  • Manage a centralized repository of onboarding resources and AI-generated learning insights.
  • Work with Sales Acceleration teams to analyze learning asset impact and drive continuous improvement.

Education

  • Relevant degree or certification in program/project management or related field.
