Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Digital Product and Experience Design teams to identify research topics and customer pain points
- Design and conduct end-to-end custom primary research using various methods like usability tests, surveys, interviews, and diary studies
- Conduct research throughout the product development lifecycle to influence decision making
- Shape the ecommerce roadmap and UX designs by leveraging deep understanding of customer experience
- Partner with the Consumer Insights & Research team for a holistic approach to market and customer research
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
