As a Growth Engineer at Warp you'll work directly with our CEO and Head of Growth to rapidly experiment with growth strategies, build tooling, and surface insights related to sales and customer growth.
Iterate on product and marketing strategies using metrics-based development
Create and own ideas and strategies for growth
Have ownership and implement Growth tooling from the ground up
Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Growth
Help us scale 10x in the next year
Be willing to live in New York City and be able to work regularly out of our office in Flatiron
Are growth-minded with an emphasis on metrics
Have experience doing Growth Engineering in B2B Saas
Enjoy building and experimenting with technology
Love dashboards
Experience designing and building internal growth tooling
An understanding of Marketing and Sales processes
Strong expertise in programming
High agency and the ability to figure things out
