Palmstreet is the #1 live shopping app for rare plants, handmade crafts, & unique goods. Founded in 2020 by Instagram and Apple veterans, Palmstreet began as a plant identification app and quickly evolved into a trailblazer in live shopping. Fueled by a passionate, plant-loving community, we rapidly expanded into new categories to better serve our fast-growing audience.
Our vision is to become the “World’s Online Main Street,” bringing the charm of in-person shopping to engaging, social online experiences. Backed by top Silicon Valley VCs (a16z, Craft Ventures, Headline) and powered by a nimble, empathetic team, we’ve grown our GMV by 500x in the last 18 months.
As we continue shaping the future of social commerce, we’re looking for talented individuals who are excited to grow with us and join our mission.
Palmstreet is seeking a scrappy, creative, and analytical Influencer Growth Manager to support our influencer program end-to-end. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and entrepreneurial. You’ll have the opportunity to keep building and scaling our influencer engine from scratch, working closely with niche influencers and creators across categories.
Influencers are key to our growth engine, and this isn’t a plug-and-play job. If you’ve figured out how to make TikTok campaigns pop with $0 spend, set up large campaigns with few resources, or turned a DM thread into a six-figure campaign, this is the role for you.
Support influencer strategy end-to-end: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and managing campaigns
Support a repeatable, scalable influencer program that drives measurable buyer and seller growth
Collaborate with GTM, social media, and product teams to develop creative campaign concepts and influencer content strategies
Work within performance tracking frameworks (e.g., ROI, CPM, sales funnel impact)
Manage influencer onboarding and ensure successful delivery of agreed-upon campaigns
Create campaign briefs, deliverables, and creative guidelines tailored to influencer style and platform (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
Experiment with niche influencer categories to identify new growth opportunities
Monitor and analyze influencer performance, tracking key metrics like conversions, engagement, and downloads
Iterate quickly based on campaign results, and double down on what works and cut what doesn’t
Support a monthly reporting cadence with actionable insights for leadership
3+ years of influencer or affiliate marketing experience (preferably with creators in niche categories)
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end-to-end (sourcing, negotiating, launch, and optimization)
Strong data and analytical skills: ability to track spend, ROI, and performance
Creative, scrappy mindset by comfortably building programs without big budgets or agency support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or content creation (UGC)
Previous startup experience that thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Knowledge of niche hobbyist communities (plants, crafts, collectibles)
Adaptability and creative problem-solving
Analytical mindset with a data-first approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, ownership mentality, and high output
Growth hacking or resourceful marketing skills
