As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at WDC Kitchen & Bath Center, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key accounts including large-scale builders, housing developers, and property management companies throughout Southern California. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in consultative sales and relationship-building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with builders, developers, and property managers
  • Identify, segment, and qualify prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Provide expert product knowledge on premium appliances and plumbing fixtures
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes, pricing, and proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing and order fulfillment
  • Create and maintain accurate sales orders, customer records, and communication logs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Stay current on industry trends, product lines, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience (experience in the appliance, plumbing, or building materials industry a plus)
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in CRM systems and order processing software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate active listening skills
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of Southern California builder/developer landscape preferred
  • Schedule availability: Monday – Friday and occasional weekends
  • Working Environment & Conditions: General Office setting, frequently sitting while using computer and phone. 
  • Required to wear comfortable and office appropriate clothes within Business Casual standards.
