Responsibilities

- Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.

- Drive change management and communication efforts linked to organizational transformation.
- Collaborate across People functions to design and deliver bespoke HR solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend solutions for retention, turnover, engagement, and talent development.
- Standardize and elevate HRBP practices using established frameworks.
- Champion employee experience and foster a culture of high-performing teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
