Senior Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic thought partner to executive and senior leaders, providing people-focused solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure exceptional customer experience and high performance.
  • Translate business strategies into people strategies driving results and scalability.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness, performance, and engagement.
  • Drive change management and communication efforts linked to organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate across People functions to design and deliver bespoke HR solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend solutions for retention, turnover, engagement, and talent development.
  • Standardize and elevate HRBP practices using established frameworks.
  • Champion employee experience and foster a culture of high-performing teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
